*Fortune ATMs do not charge a service fee.

Telephone Banking
You can access your account information over the phone. Call 636-461-0276 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to get the most recent information about your Fortune accounts.
Lost or stolen card?
Alert Fortune immediately, you will not be responsible for any unauthorized transactions.
To order a new card, contact a personal banker at 636-464-8638. A $5.00 replacement fee will be applied to your account. Your new card will be mailed to you within 7-14 days.
